The same thing is happening for me. No email notifications for a few weeks now. I've checked my spam folders, reset all of my notifications, but nothing works. This is very frustrating as I rely on these email notifications. Is there a 'fix' for this at my end or at Ebay's end yet?

Same issue here - going to be marked down for the later despatch of orders that we weren't notified about!
Has been an issue since 25th June we now realise.
Am getting other ebay emails, but nothing about sales or payments!
Have deselected and re-selected.... no change.
What else can we try?

This started again yesterday. At the same time, I started recieving old format payment confirmation emails. Maybe connected?

It's 2025 and same here. Just turned off my sales items. I've missed three sold items now and the first i hear about it is when buying requests a refund for not receiving it. I do this as a hobby, I don't go into Ebay every day to check, all notifications are set correctly. So no more sales for me, too frustrating.

It's the 7th July 2025 here and the same thing has happened to me today - about midday.
This has happened before and I seem to remember they start again as mysteriously as they stopped.
(With no comment from ebay).

It’s the 8 October and this has just happened to me. The first I knew about it was when I had an email to say I was overdue in posting an item. This came as a complete surprise as I have always received sale notifications and always post quickly, When I logged into my account I found another order made a couple of days ago which I didn’t know about. I called eBay and spoke to someone who, in a roundabout way, said I must have changed my notification settings. I haven’t changed my settings but when he asked me to check seller communication preferences, the notify sale button was unchecked. He clearly didn’t believe that I hadn’t been into my account and unticked it myself. Very frustrating. It sounds like this has been an issue, albeit an uncommon one, for some time. EBay should counsel their advisors on how to respond to customers who raise this problem.

I've had this problem in the last couple of months too. I'm on a gmail address. I'm not a super active ebayer so it's getting to a point where I'm going to delist my stuff so as not to risk a hit to my user rating. Can't find any way to contact ebay about it, of course, other than to complain into the ether here like the rest of you and hope someone bothers to fix it at some point.
