Dont know if anyone can help me here or point me in the right direction
I noticed yesterday that from 1st Aug I am suddenly being charge an extra 4% for High Returns
I check my service metrics and it says 11 returns opened for not as described between April and June 2025
I check all my open cases
there is in fact only 9
of the 9 one was opened by the buyer by mistake and I have messages to prove it as they thought that was how they should contact me
I have been onto CS for 35 minutes this morning p spoke with 3 different people - took a while for them to see what I was talking about - each one agreed then said I need to be passed onto someone else- then line goes dead
anyone else ever had this issue - there is clearly a mistake here CS agreed there is but no one has the 'power' to sort it out and they are taking an extra 4% when they shouldnt be as it doesnt count when 10 items or less
