I had a new late delivery added this month with the message "postal courier indicated late delivery". This brought my total to two with the other one from 6th November 2024 (last year).
The one added this month was removed at the start of this week so the percentage went down to just the one old one (0.22%). The next day it went down to zero% so great, the old one from 6th November 2024 has now fallen off. It stayed at 0% for around 4 days however last night I noticed on seller hub the percentage is now back to 0.22%. I therefore thought perhaps a new late delivery has been added but nope, the only two items in the report are the one from 6th Nov 2024 and the one from late October which was removed earlier this month.
Am I right in thinking that the 6th Nov 2024 one will drop off then on 20th Nov this year when they do the monthly evaluation? It seems strange it did go to zero but is now back showing?
