Running Behind..

So now on the tracking page we get this rather nice reminder of things are running behind.  Which incidentally they are not as it's been delivered.  Just for ref the EDD was the 13th even though the dispatch time was the 12th with a min 48h service - not max.  But working as designed I guess.

So who in feedback suggested they include these messages to us/buyers?  You know they always listen to our feedback 🙄

I brought this up in a weekly chat in November, during an EDD discussion as to what the plans were for December. RM were clearly struggling, there didn't seem to be an allowance in the EDD, yet the above statement visible. 
Majority of my large letters were delivered, not scanned. That's when I switched to non intergrated Click & Drop/good old fashioned stamps.
