Royal Mail 48 - Tracking Updates To Buyers

I am getting more and more enquiries from buyers who are telling me I haven't posted an item, all of the items where I get this type of query are posted using RM48

I know this service only updates on delivery and there are no other tracking updates. However the tracking updates from eBay are misleading customers into thinking the item hasn't been posted. 

Does anyone else have similar issues?

No, I don't have this issue as a Private Seller. Maybe post this in Discussion > Selling > Business Seller Board to see if it is unique to them.

I post everything 48hr tracked as its cheaper then 1st class and your covered with tracking.

I always hand drop them at a PO and they scan them in, that then shows on the tracking to the customer your have posted the item. after this its in the hands of the RM gods
