Since Friday there has been a messsge highlighted in red text in ebay shipping labels to say that Royal Mail are experiencing issues. Rather than risking using an ebay label I used Click & Drop instead where there is no such message.
Has anyone else had this message?

I have the message but it still allowing me to print labels so I am printing them, attaching to orders and posting.
It can't be that bad otherwise they would remove the service and not allow sellers to buy the labels until it was fixed.

Hi Kat,
Can you please confirm if:
1. eBay want us to stop buying the RM labels via the platform (even though the platform still allows)
2. What to do with the ones that have been printed and are now just waiting to be posted?
Please advise ASAP to avoid any potential INR claims
Thanks

Hi @wootton-industries ,
Thank you for your reply.
Once its allowing you to print the labels go ahead as normal and dispatch. If its not allowing you purchase the label then you can try the RM website.
Thank you,
Kat
