Personalisation and text fields

I have sold a personalised product where the customer needs to provide a name to be added to the product.

This is what I see for the order, the Buyer Note and Personalisation fields seem to be empty, but there is a field called "Text" and a word there  which doesn't seem like a normal name though so not sure if this was provided by the customer as the name. What/where is this "Text " field and is it a value completed by the customer?

yes, the "text: Doppler" bit is saying the buyer entered a word in the text field (personalisation box). They want the word Doppler.
