Orders Page - Dispatch EDD Glitch

My despatch cut off is 11am.

I’ve just had a sale, so expected to post tomorrow. Yet orders page says despatch by 24th ! 

Could you throw any light on this?

I haven’t changed any despatch times or time frames.

Thank you for reporting.

I know last posting dates are this week. I will send this on to our shipping team have it looked into. In the meantime we would recommend to still dispatch within your normal timeframe.

kat@ebay  Thanks, I see what you mean as last day for 2nd class is today.
But if that has been applied to this order the EDD shouldn’t be the 20-27th, it should say 28th-2nd due to Bank Holidays.
I know it’s that old chestnut of EDD but applying the postal service cut offs to despatch date and not delivery date doesn’t make sense.

I'm getting the same.  With 2 day despatch sales today should be showing despatch by 20th but they are saying 24th.

Delivery is showing as 20th - 27th December.

@labels_4_everything So is mine, just doesn’t make sense, as 26th is a BH, so delivery for 2nd class would be 28th at the earliest. 20th shouldn’t even be in the timeframe.

@babybitz08 I sort of understand as today is the last day for 2nd class, but then it doesn’t make sense why the 20th is in there.

Same here are well dispatch by 24th, im sure RM will hold all 2nd class post back from tomorrow and just get the stuff posted on the 18th and earlier delivered by Christmas. So the EDD on any 2nd class posted on the 19th onwards should be showing from the 28th - 3rd January really if allowing up to 5 working days.
