Offers for items I am not interested in buying.

I wish there were a way to mark a page view as "for research" and sellers and searchers could be spared the embarrassment of declined offers. Do you simply delete offers you do not want to make or do you apologise and explain that you viewed a page for research only?

I have no idea if any of my few sales have ever come from this tool. I mean, searchers must look at my items and,  if there is a "make an offer" on an item, sometimes buyers make an offer which I accept if it isn't too low but were they prompted  in this particular way?

Given most offers are more than likely automated, I don’t give it the time of day.

There is a table somewhere that shows sales from made offers

Knew there was.

There's a feature on that page that indicates sales from Offers. Unfortunately it only picks up over preset time frames - so you'd just have to remember to check it every 30 days if you were looking for find historic YoY trends.
