Hi, Buyer openned INR case saying that the item didn't turned up, as "customer is always right" we offered option of shipping the order again, or full refund. Buyer opted for this first option, so we shipped the order again. On the very same day when we shipped the replacement the original order delayed by RM was delivered (tracking showing exact delivery location which matching buyers house). Two days later replacement was also delivered (fully tracked delivery). Ebay closed INR case in our favour, but buyer decided to leave negative feedback saying that neither original order turned up and that the replacement didn't turned up. We requested feedback removal providing the tracking numbers confirming delivery to buyers address and screenshots from RM C&D showing that order was shipped on the very same day and also based on the fact that ebay closed the INR case in our favour, but ebay declined feedback removal saying that feedback is buyers opinion. So even if you provide plenty of evidence that buyer is clearly lying and abusing the platform, you can forget it, ebay will not remove the negative feedback. I spoke with the CS and even they was saying that this new policy is unfair for the sellers and buyer can put any false information against the saller in the feedback and they will not remove it. After 7 years trading on ebay and paying thousends in fees, they will treat good honest seller like don't really care to put it mildly. Does anybody else had similar experience recently ?

You have evidence of mail fraud. Take it to the Police. If they go round and interview the buyer, it will humiliate them if nothing else comes of it. The Police don't like to deal with eBay but maybe if Reform gets in, they might change how they treat such issues. If you have left +ve feedback on payment, as I always do, you can then go back and add a follow up that qualifies that. That seems to be allowed but if eBay removes your truthful comment then they will be covering up wrongdoing.
You can also Reply to the negative feedback left for you. Some users don't seem to realise these are two separate steps: Following up to Feedback Left and Replying to Feedback Received.

EBay become dishonest when it removed the ability of sellers to leave negative feedback for buyers hence removing the ability of other sellers to see who a dodgy buyer is ergo protecting dodgy buyers
been downhill since then

Sold on here for over 25 years and because eBay just doesn’t support the seller whatsoever from fraudulent buyers. I really don’t care about neg feedbacks, INR cases and extended shipping time anymore. I’ve got bigger fish to fry than on here! There are better platforms that’s for sure. EBay is dying

Seems very familiar. I got the same as well. Item hasn’t arrived can you help?? So I offered her a refund or a replacement. She wanted a replacement.
So I tracked it myself and it had arrived but she also has a ring doorbell and although postie was parked outside her house in his little postman Pat van he went down the road.
So I am wondering did he also put the item on top of the parcels he was carrying down the road .

I have extended shipping times 10 days it says. I ship the next day as do my post the night before. Postie then collects it next day and scans it in if I’ve sent via tracked 48.
i didn’t put mine on for 10 days.
i only knew it was 10 days when i went to renew a
Item and found out that in the middle it said takes 3-4 days and then further down the page it said 10 days.

I had a very similar experience- but mine was laughable really - the buyer took out a case against me for non delivery of item so eBay froze the payment to me until I responded to the case. It should be noted she did this the day after she left me positive feedback when the item arrived! She said I had not communicated with her after she paid for it (I screenshotted our eBay messages); I also screenshotted the tracking and not only had Royal Mail confirmed delivery, they had added GPS and taken a very lovely photo of her front door with her number clearly visible. Not surprising eBay closed the case and released my money. Why would she do this for a £10 item? But the bigger issue is why eBay will not let me warn other sellers by leaving negative feedback - and they keeping sending me reminders to complete my buyer feedback and that really cheeses me off!!

You cannot leave negative feedback for the buyer in your first feedback comment but you can use Reply to Feedback received. Think carefully what you say: it must be factual. If there is space I would enter the Tracking numbers for both items and say "item and replacement sent". Anyone reading the feedback can make their own decision and hell mend them if they make the wrong decision and find themselves in your position.

Of course, block the buyer. I assume eBay looks at members who have a large number of Blocks against them which must tell eBay something.
