Multiple item orders through GSP not marking as shipped, anyone else?

Hi All

I have noticed in recent months that when I get an order through the GSP that when marking the order as shipped that it either does not remove it from the awaiting shipment list & I have to call ebay. Sometimes it does remove but not for several hours.

Single GSP orders mark right away, I have tried using different browsers but it make no difference, anyone else had this problem?

i have just been informed by ebay that any sales via uk  to usa will not be able to send a invoice with the postage amount  because of tarrif proplem regard less if you have enroled in gps [ which is not compulsary ] or not . it will not matter if item is made in uk or under the $800  sales limit .  so if you have sold a item ito usa you have lost a sale and will have cancel order untill sorted out. this is the message you will receive . invoices cannot be sentfor item where ebay manages allor part of the postage these item are excluded rom the invoice .

1st noticed on 24 july . customer services had no idea or knowledge of this till i spoke to a ebay oversesas specialist agent today
