Items not shows up in search properly for some sellers

Hi there i am experiencing my items are not showing on ebay but however these products are active live on ebay when i check. But am not seeing them when i search for them on ebay and my ebaystore is anybody having the same issue as me?

Another seller has reported this too, your items when I look are certainly not showing, clicking on any of the 'blank items' does not open them  up the item for sale.

You may have received some selling restriction?

Search through your emails,  eBay messages and Spam to see if there's any clue there.

Or,  it may be a technical glitch ,  contact eBay Customer Services,  their lines open at 9 a.m. today being a Sunday , 8 a.m. on weekdays, contact CS then,  very first thing,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

As said,  I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Good idea - the more sellers who report the problem, hopefully the quicker it will be sorted.

It seems to be affecting UK sellers only.

And, weirdly, it seems to be items with free delivery in 3 days.

Someone, somewhere has pushed the wrong button.

Definitely - personally since switching to business I've had so many problems, has been a real barrier to entry. I think most people would have jumped ship by now. Super frustrating to be paying out so much in subscriptions and fees only to be plagued by issues and feel like private sellers have the priority. Not a rant, just a comment, I've been with eBay for 20 years now and know it may just be bumps in the road.
