Sent an item today without any issues. It doesn't like certain categories though so try changing it and also check your postage policy to make sure it hasn't been switched off.

Make sure your buyer is trying to purchase through eBay.fr or eBay.com. They will not be able to purchase your item through eBay.co.uk.
