How do I edit my postage policy to add international tracked shipping?

Hi,

I am trying to offer tracked shipping with my international orders but I can't seem to find how to do this. If you look at the attached screenshot you can see where I am able to add different services to domestic postage with "Offer Additional Service" underneath the three options I have listed, but there is no such option under  international postage.

Any help much appreciated.

There are 4 available slots for international shipping, do you need more than this? 

...I just tried editing one of my policies, and it had the 'add additional policies', link underneath international options as well. Maybe it appears when you edit the other ones? Play with the options. It mgiht pop up.
