HOW TO SUGGEST ANOTHER ITEM A CUSTOMER MAY NEED WHEN PURCHASING AN ITEM

SAY A CUSTOMER BUYS AN ITEM FROM MY SHOP, BECAUSE OF MY EXPERIENCE I KNOW THAT THEY MAY NEED ANOTHER ITEM FOR THE SAME REPAIR, HOW DO I PROMOTE THE SECOND ITEM, ON THE ORIGINAL LISTING?

Try putting something like "If this item interests you then you may find the following items to be of interest", followed by the item listing numbers for any other items that you feel the buyer may well be tempted to buy as a result of purchasing the first item.

You couls add it as a veration , so you have a product A then product B, so your drop down list would be Product A £25.00

Product A+B £35.00

Message should read something like this

Thank you for your purchase of ************* this part is often needed for a full repair *************** .

Thanks again.

Word how you feel

I repair Electric power tools often extra bits that are needed for a full repair customers question, mainly a specialised grease that costs a fortune compared to the 50p part your fitting.
