Hi, not sure if anyone is able to help - we have been sending parcels to the US for a while now using The Global Shipping Programme, and as of recently we have had many customers telling us the cost to ship is calculating over $350. Never had this problem before and cannot find a suitable shipping company that insures our products over £x Value.
We have contacted eBay directly and apparently The Global Shipping Programme is an external company they use and are unable to help with the change in charges.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. (FYI we deal in Collectibles so sending uninsured is not an option for us)

Have you chosen a value for the "Country/Region of Manufacture" item specific in your listings?

I can't see this option when I create a listing, where abouts can I find this?

In the listing template you will find it under "Item Specifics -> Additional (optional)".
The exact location where that specific appears in the order will vary by category.

Here it is on one of my listings - note the other item specific fields you can see will vary by category:

When we entered the UK as country of origin
it brought the charge down from £137
to £121
which is still £100 more than RM TRACKED
Global shipping has lost our custom and confidence
It is now a liability to our brand
