Getting charged insertion fees for translated listings listed with webinterpret

I understood that webinterpret translates your listings and lists them for free on all main ebay websites.  Today when I look at my accounts I have been charged an insertion fee for every listing not in the uk after switching to basic shop.  I am only listing 64 items in the uk, so I thought I would only be paying my subscription fees plus fvs etc.  Not insertion fees

Pretty sure that it's only included from the Featured shop, which would explain why you are being charged.
