GPSR Compliance- We don't sell in Northern Ireland

Hello,

Received a new email from ebay that from December all our listings needs manufcaturer etc.

However we don't sell in NI - do we just exclude Northern Ireland to make it compaint with new GPSR Policy.

Please can someone advise.

the EU regulation is based on you making a product available to a certain market. This is mainly based on where you deliver to. So yes, if you set up to not deliver to Northern Ireland, that would make you compliant.

It is not just NI.  You also must exclude the EU.

And as it stands, nobody really knows if that will actually work or not.

I strongly suggest that you read some of the many threads already open about this.
