Feedback Not Being Updated

I have noticed today that my feedback score has gone up by 2 but when I check all feedback the new feedback is not showing. However, looking at the feedback in Seller Hub I can see from there the two new feedback that has been left today but as I say when I click on my feedback, these two new entries are not showing.

Is this happening for anyone else?

You have two of the new automated feedback.  

I would be willing to bet that is something to do with it.

And I've just checked one of my other accounts.

If I look at it signed on, then I can't see the automated feedback.

But if I look at it from a different account, I can.

So more than likely teething troubles with the new feedback.

Thank you I had forgotten about that thinking it was just on private accounts. Yes that must be what it is as the wording is the exact same for the two different transactions.

This is the automated one:

"Order completed successfully – tracked and on time"

They should all be identical.

I'm seeing some automatic feedback in the feedback section preview on seller hub, but if I click on my actual feedback, they're not there.

Who'd have thought, a new eBay thing that doesn't work properly?

You need to tick the automated feedback box 'Show automated feedback'  in your Feedback section - the info on it says,' We leave automated positive feedback when a seller successfully completes an order and there's no buyer feedback about it. '

I only noticed it yesterday.
