External Views Up 1000% Today

At the moment 3.20 pm my external site views have rocketed to over 1000% compared to last month. 
Page views up 95%, impressions down 24%. 
No increase in sales (or watchers but they don't interest me)

 I switched promotions off a week ago.

Is it just me? 
Am I about to get a huge order from someone that wants to decorate their man cave with 1990s vintage posters?

"Is there something about Wednesdays?" - it is so the eBay staff can tell business sellers they have improved their exposure at the weekly Q & A session.

The only thing I know of on Wednesdays is that it's hump day 😂
