Estimated Delivery Dates - Total Confusion

I have just been onto my listings to check delivery dates and spotted this on a listing.

My cut off time for posting today Friday is 9am (4 hours ago). With a 4 working day dispatch time + 2nd Class Letter delivery time.

The screenshot attached clearly shows that 2nd class letter has a delivery date of between Monday 11th August and Friday 15th August, which is faster than Royal Mail Special Delivery shown on the same screenshot.

Have I done something wrong????

No thats what all the other posts regarding 2nd class postage and EDD are about. Ebay are giving ludicrously quick delivery dates which just arent attainable when sending 2nd class. Its really going to affect peoples INR metrics!

Indeed it is. The estimates are given by the team who stick pencil’s in
their nose and shout wibble wibble.
On a serious note for the first time ever we only received one delivery
from Royal Mail last week on a Wednesday.
It’s supposed to be Monday Wednesday Friday one week then Wednesday Friday
the next.
We are all doomed,doomed I tells ya 😡
