You can do it by producing a series of reports and playing with them in excel.
All listings to get all your active SKU
All orders to get sales
Then you can use formula on the all orders to generate volume sales per SKU and if wanted average sold price (average discount)
Finally you can add a column to your all active SKU spreadsheet and add a column looking up the volume sales per SKU. Those without sales will show as 0
Once set up its quite quick to use the same template excel sheets to cut and paste into each month/ quarter/ year.
