EBAY INVENTORY BROKEN AGAIN! Template could not be created or revised. Please try again

Yet again for the umpteenth time this year, the ebay listing inventory doesn't allow listing templates to be saved or listed.

This time due to the following error:

'Template could not be created or revised. Please try again'How can such a huge company like ebay have so many technical glitches on their platform that impede sellers actually listing items!?

Yes, it's gone again! dave@ebay please can this be flagged for an urgent fix as this is getting ridiculous and at this time of year it's vital to be able to list as much as quickly as possible. This is part of our paid for shop subscription and last time it took weeks to fix it. Please, please, please.

Just had to get a callback from CS for something else so while I was onto them I've flagged this, got a ticket raised and sent them a screenshot so now crossing my fingers for a quick fix.

I opened a ticket on this 4 days ago.  Was told it would be fixed in 24 hours.  Of course I haven't been responded to.
