Omg. I thought I could make a little money selling Meccano on eBay as I had some early success selling the kids toys. I bought a load of Meccano sets to sell on, making very small sums on each set sold despite a tonne of effort to get each set ready. My main motivation was actually to cover my costs and make a little money for charity. Nothings shifting, I’m hundreds down with what I’ve spent. It feels like eBay has killed the platform with all the changes.

You call yourself honestolly and then you openly admit you are buying items to resell on a private account.

Are you on some kind of bizarre wind up mission?

No wonder Ebay is such a joke these days.

Aside from the fact that you should be selling as a business (or even charity) and therefore getting free listings with no fees.  Of the half dozen Meccano listings you have, every single one of them is available from other sellers, quite a bit cheaper.  

You really can't work out why your not selling them?

So if you can't sell them with no fees, your in the wrong place.
