Promotional Fees are for overseas sellers selling commodity items that hundreds of other overseas sellers are trying to sell at a 1000% markup in the first place.
I've just junked all mine, since my blood pressure was suffering every time I saw the eye watering amounts being deducted every time. Sales seem unaffected. My items are mostly unique, higher priced, and appeal to discretional once-in-a-lifetime type buyers. (p.s this is, for the purposes of being here, a 'posting account'.)
