Consolidated data from placements - promoted listing advanced

Just wanted to say to eBay, because you put USELESS AND TERRIBLY PERFORMING FOR YEARS "Consolidated data from placements", I`m deactivating all the advanced ads we had. Roas BARELY acheved 1.5%. It`s not funny. You just made the worst  UX ever made. Why you call it "manually targeting" campaign if I can`t delete this useless option? I miss the time when ebay was a great platform.

Hey Resin, 

We just copied our entire Store from Amazon to eBay, just to expand. As with Amazon, we created the AD campaigns for all of our Listings. 

Our Keyword ADs on eBay are actually doing pretty well, except this *bleep* "Consolidated data from placements across eBay". We would be at like 10% ACOS or 10ROAS but with this, we are losing money.

I had eBay Support call me twice, they don't even have an ADVERTISING Dept to help & the lady on the line did her best. I wanted to figure out how to turn this garbage off. There is another Forum post on this issue and a few people said it cannot be turned off. If that is the case, I can't run ADs on eBay & will shut all of them off.
