We have received multiple requests for compliance document and test report for a Plush Toy.
Wondering how do we fix this issue and provide Test report for an item made of plush and cotton ?
Please can someone advise.

Yes eBay do tend to want safety documentation for children’s tiys for obvious reasons. What it is made from is irrelevant - it’s a children’s toy, it needs testing. It’s probably best if you research toy safety regulations for the UK in general first.

I have plush toys up but I put the manufacturer down and mine are adult ones and put adult on the list I think

If it is a toy intended for children it should have a label attached showing the CE mark and the manufacturer's name and address. You need to contact the manufacturer identified for the Declaration of Conformity - which you might be able to get from their website - and the test reports being requested.
Also, is the item condition new or used?
