Cannot send offers

For some reasons offers are not sending today. I'm trying to bulk send 10, it's not working, neither on the app or desktop. I've tried to send them individually, same result. 

Anyone having a similar problem in the last 6 hours or so? Seemed to be working this morning as sent a bulk load out then.

I'm afraid not.  I just sent one, not half an hour ago.

I'd suggest you clear cache and restart, then try again.
