Hi,

I accepted some offers on a range of books last night, but the buyer from America informed me that they were unable to check out and buy them using the GSP.

I spoke to an Ebay rep this morning, who informed me that I am unable to sell to the US at the moment due to the high tarriffs that are in place.  She told me that she would send me a link to some information about this, but the link was not in her email.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Does anyone have the actual link or the info related to it.  Thanks in advance.

I've just had a GSP sale to the US, so looks like they're back on again.

Shipping price looks similar to what it was before.

dave@ebay It's been over a month now, surely that is enough time for Ebay to implement any changes that are needed to comply with the US Tarriff rules?
There should be at least some sort of regular communication from Ebay to their UK sellers letting us know the progress rather than us sitting in Limbo.

hi i am having the same problem !!! i have a buyr in usa trying to buy a book but ebay wont let him !!! very frystrating,,,ps i dont have any links but everyone is in the same boat as they say.....kindest regards

Bring it up in the weekly chat at 2pm. It's ridiculous if it's still ongoing for some people. Ebay UK is one hell of a mess these days.

One of the first ones I sold to USA since I was allowed to was held for a week for a customs inspection.

Just a booklet, can't see that triggering anything so they must be closely looking at customs paperwork.
