Cannot Reply To Feedback

Cannot reply to feedback - when I click reply it just refreshes the feedback screen.

Feedback has always been a bit glitchy, thankfully there are several ways of leaving feedback.

Leave the ' reply' button,  and  find the item in Posted Awaiting your Feedback click on  and leave feedback from  the little pencil icon there, see if that works.

Might be worth trying a laptop / Pc if you can ,  if using the app ?

I do not want to leave him feedback - I want to post a reply on my feedback page to his neg.

There is no option to reply to FB anywhere but on the main feedback page where the FB has been left.

I will try my laptop though - ah just tried and it worked. I switched to using an HP windows 10 machine recently and have had some issues.

Yep whenever there's an issue with a device and you're not using the laptop /PC for some reason these glitches seem to avoid those devices, and always worth a try.

Glad it's worked at last for you.
