This is a new one for me, a buyer is kicking off because I’ve bought a Royal Mail label (via eBay). I’ve agreed to change it to DPD through gritted teeth, does anyone please know can I request the RM label is voided and refunded quickly or do I have to wait and let it expire? TIA.

As a business seller at least you don't have to deal with simple delivery. Go to orders, select Postage labels on lefthand side, then click on Actions dropdown menu for the label and select cancel or void Label.

Thank you.
I’ve never had anyone take issue with RM like this. Hopefully not as big of a red flag as it felt at first 😅

Thanks again, that was embarrassingly easy I should have known that option was there. It changed the order back from dispatched to buyer paid too which is helpful.

Yes, a bit odd but could be a problem with their local RM service. Good luck. 🙂

Yeah hopefully just that. They are extremely rude but it’s a £40 order so I just stayed polite and resisted the urge to cancel.

They chose ‘other 48 courier’ at checkout so I used RM Tracked 48. I realise it isn’t an ideal freepost option to display but I need the flexibility sometimes.
