Why is the return window for books 30 days, yet most other items are 14 days? Is it time for the buyer to read before returning?!

14 days is generally for "change of mind" returns.   All items have a 30 day deadine for "not as described" returns.

Have you tried to revise the return period back to 14 days? I have a 30 day window but that is my choice.

I can see you have specified a 14 day (remorse) return window for most of your items but the books you sold had a 30 day return window. Do you have multiple returns policies here?
