Authenticity guarantee while selling internationally

I had a pair of sneakers up for sale with the authenticity guarantee and it got sold to someone in South Korea. When it came to getting the postage label It's only giving me the address for the global shipping program and not a option for the authenticity address. 
is this a problem on my side and my eBay or is it because the buyer is in another country and how do I go about this?

It only applies to deliveries to buyers within UK.

Okay! Should I just go ahead with shipping it off then? Or will there be complications with the buyer expecting the authenticity guarantee?

As they are outside the UK they would not see the guarantee on the listing.

Post it tracked to the Global hub and add the tracking ASAP.
