I had a problem last time I tried to send and have had the same again today.
I've tried different browsers just wondered if its only me as haven't seen any posts about this?

I've managed to send it today - it was my error, but with a rare 'its not you its us, try again later' eBay message.
I used gemini to help me with my wording (loving ai as an office assistant)
Emoji's were included in the message. Once they were removed it was accepted by the system.
Only writing this out so it sits as record if someone else does a newsletter not working search like I did and has the same issue.

Aha - yes I had this, on Friday 31st.
I put it to send immediately and it showed as active (I think) but when I checked on it the next day it never showed a sent date. I selected edit, changed the day to the 1st and this time it went immediately.
I was pretty peeved as I lost the Friday night push. I hope this helps.

Ah okay, I did wonder when it didn't send if it was my error. Although I am used to sending them and it went immediately the following day when I update the date. Good to know though about emojis. I am going to be extra careful next time and see if it is user error for me, or if it is glitchy.

I'm not 100% sure that it isn't glitchy. I'm a subscriber to my newsletter and although it says sent (yesterday), I haven't received it. Its one to watch.
