We are really struggling with royalmail mailing bags supplies since September. Raised multiple orders and all gets ignored. Problem seems to be only with Mailing bags and other mail supplies are delivered fine.
We started using junk or bin liners to put all our post in but this can be refused by Post office sometimes.
Pleaes can someone advise.

Your best bet is simply to go to your local sorting office and ask them for some.
Or ask at whichever post office you are dropping your bags at.

Ours have always come directly from the driver who brings us a bag of bags if we ask on the next collection.
Failing that, like @therenewalworkshopltd mentioned the sorting office can provide them. Id recommend calling ahead to the administrator number if you have one to set them aside.

Our last two orders of bags have not arrived. Also, when I order 80 bags, I now receive 48.
I am fed up of having to try and borrow bags from the post office or persuade the post man to bring some.
Even then, that is never enough. We can get through up to 8 bags a day with the international sorting.
The online help person suggested using bin bags! What could possibly go wrong with that!

I've had major issues with this for at least two years. I've lodged several complaints, each time they reply I demand that they escalate it to senior management. I eventually got several phone calls from someone that actually helped and I ended up with about 2 years worth of sacks (not exaggerating).

I've had trouble getting mail bags, i try to keep a stockpile now because the service is so unreliable. Sometimes the delivery office or post office can help out but at times they have a shortage too!
I appreciate that having a stockpile doesn't help the situation but if I don't have bags to present mail then my business is going to take a hit from that.

That's what I am going to do, stockpile them.
By not delivering them in a timely fashion, or at least keeping us informed about the status of the order, they are actually making the shortage worse as we have to order more to avoid running out of bags.
