Anyone else’s sales stopped past 48 hours?

As the title. Past 48 hours sales have stopped. Our other selling platforms are really busy but this is very odd not to be selling on eBay at all. Like our shop has been shut down

30th Dec was a v busy day since then less so, but not dead

I was very busy up to 1st January especially on 31st December even though I have holiday settings on  but New Year's Day was dead. Not even a hangover purchase😂. I'm expecting things to pick back up again today but in the meantime I've a load of items to despatch now my holiday is officially over so I'm grateful of a quiet period to allow me to catch up

Looks like you got a recent neg. I find that sort of thing (cases opened etc) prompts eBay to block your sales for anything from a few days to a few weeks.
