Once again here we go, the office boys in ebay have decided to take a perfectly good system, and get rid of it.
There is NO picking list option, which means if I have 5 orders separately from the same buyer, I have to manually find them from the list in order to combine shipping.
I am assuming this is deliberate and benefits ebay, nothing they do benefits the seller after all.
I am absolutely steaming angry. Do they just sit around thinking stuff up to mess up other peoples lives??

I'm in exactly the same boat - it happened a few weeks ago but eventually did show up.
I have always clicked on the notification bell in the top right corner, then clicked on the awaiting postage message to print pick list.
I now have to print off the Manage Orders Awaiting Despatch which has the images on, hence using more paper and having to use both printer inks.
Oh, and now it's stuck in the print queue - grrrrrrrrrr.

kat@ebay or marco@ebay or dave@ebay is this a permanent change please? Having to adjust working processes is extremely annoying!

Hi @bojangled ,
Can you provide the steps and details on how you access this pick list from your account and some screenshots if possible and I will follow it up.
Thank you,
Kat

kat@ebay thanks for your response.
Unfortunately can’t send any screenshots, as the option no longer exists.
There was an option to print pick list from the orders page.
But honestly, I’ve worked around it, my post was just pure frustration from the constant tinkering, ie removing listings ending today from overview, automatically send offers being switched on, the abysmal filters on active listings….
I just want to list and sell!

Hi Kat
The same is happening with me - I have always clicked on the notification bell in the top right corner, which showed Paid: Post Now, you have items to post.
It then came up Print Pick List but now it just comes up with Manage Orders waiting despatch.
I now have to print off the Manage Orders Awaiting Despatch which has the images on, hence using more paper and having to use both printer inks.
More frustrating is the fact that the above does not combine the orders - the pick list did.
I have tried to attached some screenshots, but it's saying the file type is not supported 😞

bojangled - could you let me know what your workaround is please 🙂

It’s not going to be helpful to you 🫤
Just print screen shot from orders awaiting dispatch, I like it for accounts and inventory, but to be honest given the sales I’ve had this week, only needed it once!

Thanks Jo - I'll give it a go!
I'm so annoyed - if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
I used to print the pick list - add the postage costs and fees to each item and it was so easy as it combined the purchases.
On Friday, I had to hand write all 28 sales as my printer decided it wasn't going to print the 'awaiting despatch' pages despite troubleshooting on my laptop and trying HP Print & Scan 😞
It wouldn't be so bad if they actually announced it and told us what had replaced it but no, nothing!!

Hi @bojangled ,
That's understandable and I appreciate its a change for your way of working. There are regular reviews on how often links/options are used and engaged with so it most likely was removed as it was a low usage link. I will follow up and get clarification for the thread.
Thank you,
Kat

I understand the frustration as it causes a change to your way of working so in terms of having this change communicated I'll feed this back to our internal team for improvement.
I'm not sure why the manage orders list would not print for you, may be an issue with a printer setting. There is the option to download the list on top right of the list of the orders - beside the print option.
It puts it into excel but it does contain all the order information.
Thank you,
Kat

Please do!
I have just used the new way - 'Manage orders awaiting despatch' and it's so time consuming.
It's supposed to be a pick list but the buyers address no longer shows - it's just the postcode so I'm going to have to look up each sold item separately - 19 in total today.
Any combined sales now just show the total - not each individual price.

Thank you Kat - I sorted the problem out with the printer and shouldn't have really mentioned it in my comment but I'm just so frustrated.
The pick list format was excellent - I did try the download but you have to delete many unnecessary columns, enlarge the relevant ones (some of which are gobbledygook)
I've just tried to attach the screenshot and its saying file type png, is not supported - it has to jpg. or gif.
What is the logic of making sellers use the 'Manage Orders Awaiting Despatch' when the addresses are not displayed?
