I have recently encountered an issue with ebay (yep another) whereby I have sent offers out to potential customers (those that are ewatching my items) and when they accept, or if they counter offer and I accept, then following this I am unable to send a payment invoice. In fact it has not even been registered as sale and still appears in my live listing.
The customers are then messageing me to say that they are unable to pay because the freight costs have not been added. I sell furniture so I always have to add my own freight cost or mark it as being collected before send out an invoice and then customers are able to pay. However, as mentioned above I am now unable to send out an invoice at all let alone amend the freight details.
I've never encontered this issue before until recent weeks and have lost sales because of it - today alone I have been unable to close 2 sales worth over £500.
Any help much appreciated as I have no way of contacting eBay directly to resolve this matter.
