30+ GTC Listings ended with large sales history all ended! and ebay cant say why

Hi,

I have on another business account, around 40 listings, 30 or so with large sales history, GTC, auto renew for the past 8 years or so, never a issue, no emails saying they will close.

All perfect for 5-8 years.

The listings ended and lost the sales history over the space of this month and last with no notice, or reasoning on the dashboards.

They arnt in any special catagories.

Customer Service person was useless saying they need to be renewed manually if they end, I respond with but Ill loose all the sales history, and how could any business seller deal with no history every month. Person says thats how BIN works! And I said they are all GTC with inventory and sales so they shouldnt end.

Useless.

Basically GTC, auto renew listings with stock ending for no reason.

Try calling CS early AM and hope for a European/Irish agent,

Your email comes across as a lack of understanding/knowledge from the agent, not uncommon sadly

I agree - best to call CS.

Something along these lines happened previously and it was to do with VAT registration. Not saying that is the case here, but just a thought if you have recently been adding/changing VAT numbers.

Similar happened to me back in July and I also lost around 30 of my best selling items with lots of sales history with no apparent reason and no explanation. 

I did start a thread about it on this board which had a quite a few replies but when I just went back to look for it with the link I saved I am getting a message that eBay have archived the thread !
