I think that may be a standard catch all reply. From what I understand he is not in the best of health, so I doubt if anyone is getting any replies. Admittedly, not handled well by his people sending stuff back.

I had wanted to send his book to him for signing but, I believe he is not in the best of health so, I haven't bothered. Annoying when it takes so long though.
