Emailed liverpool via the community department asking if it would be possible to send an autobiography to be signed by Jamie Carragher to help my fundraising for the cricket team.
Just Recieved email back saying it wouldnt be possible as they only support registered charities and ill people. (Im fine with that and understand that) The bit that annoys you then tho comes in the next paragraph "Please note: we are unable to assist due to the time involved in autographing items, not the financial aspect".
So basically they dont have time for the fans and cant be bothered.....wanted to send an email back saying well how come many other clubs find time for their fans??? I know not all players or brilliant but alot of UTD players and up until recently chelsea have happily signed, it maybe a while but you do tend to get a reply.
Just a dissappointing explanation.

I HAVE TO AGREE, LIVERPOOL ARE THE WORST TEAM FOR ANYTHING WERE THEIR FANS ARE CONCERNED, NOTHING SEEMS TO COME BACK FROM THEM. PITY ALL THEIR FANS WOULD NOT STOP GOING TO MATCHES AND BUYING THEIR GOODS, MAYBE THEN THEY WILL FIND TIME FOR FANS AND RETURN SOME OF THE LOYALTY THE FANS GIVE THEM.
I WOULD EMAIL THEM BACK FOR MY OWN SATISFACTION BUT EXPECT NOTHING FROM IT.

Pretty pathetic excuse when others find the time.

i sympathise mate, but what really bugs me,is no answer at all,if people dont want to sign, fair enough, but please send me my items back,in the returned envelope
i was luky to get olivia de havilland late last year, but it is a rareity with her,she must have had literally thousands of letters in say the last 10 years, ive actually heard she has a wardrobe full, wether thats true or not who knows, but imagine all those thousands of ircs and euros sent for return postage, not returned to there rightfull owners?

shame about that but I know how you feel, I had a similar experience last year with them when I was collecting for charity I sent a shirt to gerrard with the official headed letter and was sent a letter back saying that I was making it up about collecting for charity and lying which was out of order and I went on to explain that they wouldnt be able to speak to the founder of the charity because she had passed away a couple of days before so because they couldnt speak to anyone they basically made a joke out of it all saying it wasnt a worthy enough cause !! my views still havent changed about them joke of a club who couldnt care about anyone 😞

Another example of a big club not bothering about the fans, but at least you didn't lose the book.
