Two pleasing replies today.

Fleur Bennett - 686 days

Anyone remember Grace & Favour the sequel to Are You Being Served? Fleur was Mavis, the beautiful daughter of the farmer. I sent a 4x6 and index card. Neither were returned, but my envelope was attached to a larger envelope with extra postage, and Fleur kindly sent me a sgned 8x10 with lovely note on the back.

Dame Angela Lansbury - 36 days via venue

One of the great actresses who has had the most incredible career.  At the age of 88 it is fantastic she is still getting rave reviews on stage. I sent two 8.5x11.5 inch photos, and received both back signed. I love the vintage image of her - she was a true stunner in her youth.

two great results Nigel.  I remember Grace and Favour well, I knew somebody workign at the BBC at the time and went and watched it being filmed

great choice of photos for Dame Angela Lansbury, I always loved Bedknobs and Broomsticks, might have to write to her myself
