Some purchases

Went to forbidden Planet yesterday to pick up my latest comics. While there I picked up a Wolverine 1 Forbidden Planet variant signed by writer Paul Cornell, plus picked up a pre-ordered HB 1/1 of Wool by Hugh Howey. I thought my boat had gone with the latter. Signed copies sold very quickly when it first came out (20th Century Fox have the film rights), but then a couple of weeks ago Forbidden Planet ran an amazing offer for signed copies at just £6. I snagged one to pickup with my comics. I assumed they would be later prints, but was surprised it was a 1/1. I regret not getting more now.

Also, yesterday I received a pre-ordered signed cd from Edwyn Collins (former front man of Orange Juice). It also came with an extra 4 track cd.
