Whilst at my parents today, I decided to search their loft for a book my daughter had been going on about for ages. Having found the book, I decided to look for some stuff of mine to get signed. I remembered collecting the ProSet cards in the mid 90's and some stickers. My search for them was fruitless, however, I came across some old programmes from my local team Grimsby Town, who I had a season ticket with in the 90's (when they were a decent team in the Championship).
I also came across the programme of the first match my dad had taken me to - Notts Forest v Norwich in 1989. My dad used to be a footballer and said that at the time, Norwich played some great football and that he would take me to watch them when they played at Forest.
Having found the programmes, I thought I might get them signed by the players involved. The Forest v Norwich one will be great in particular, but as some of the Grimsby players still live locally they will probably be easier to get. Am going to start by sending to Mark Bowen of Norwich as I noticed a success on here not too long ago.
