Sir Tom Finney Success/Failure

Having seen some recent Sir Tom successes I must admit I was wary of the signatures that members had recieved. As a result I sent some items off to a private address. Today I recieved a delivery which I believe has confirmed my suspicions that someone is now signing on behalf of Sir Tom due to his ill health.

It's a shame when old age/illness forces these actors to stop signing but I suppose they think they're doing right by their fans...perhaps the best way to do it is to stop altogether and put a note out ...

I sent a book to Sir Tom Via Preston just before Chrstmas, Got a letter back from P.N.E saying he was frail and wasn't able to sign....No Problem at all with that. But their was a success from Paul a couple of days later from the private addy...are you saying that they are sec's Paul got back?

The last successes I have seen on here I do think have been signed by someone else. On quick glance they look similar but when you look in detail they are not alike and they are to steady. In the last few years Tom's signatures have become a little wobbly

i got a reply from preston this week, saying he is not well enough to sign autographs or people to visist him.

if he is in ill health,combined with his age,can make signatures shaky,its happening with lauren bacall,her signature has declined in the last 6 months
