Although most collectors over here want Stuart for The Champions (and rightly so - great show), he is best known for 30 years as Dr Alan Quartermaine on General Hospital. The criminal shame was that they fired him in such a shabby way after all that time so they could concentrate on younger characters, it was a true disgrace. They bumped off his character, then had him play his character as a ghost for about a year - it was crazy! He deserved so much better. Nice guy and a solid actor.
