Sent 1972 Chelsea v West Ham & 1970 Chelsea v West Ham, questionaire & index cards to Pat Holland on the 24/10 and received them back signed after 2 weeks. He also included a nice note. (the edge of the questionaire was a bit damp from the rain but everything else was ok). Thanks again to Rob for his help with this one.
