All in the same shop, All in the Children's section All together on the same shelf, all at 25p each, All hardbacked first editions, All dedicated to "Janet" all from "The Spooks" series and all signed by the Author Joseph Delaney. A total of a pound for the lot..looks like they have never been read either. Two from 2009 , Witches and Nightmare and the other 2 from 2010. cracking set of books for nowt.

Joseph Delaney is a retired English teacher. He has three children and nine grandchildren and is a wonderful public speaker available for conference, library and bookshop events. His home is in the middle of Boggart territory and his village has a boggart called the Hall Knocker, which was laid to rest under the step of a house near the church.

Most of the places in the Spook's books are based on real places in Lancashire. And the inspiration behind the stories often comes from local ghost stories and legends. Happy Days.

Another bargain so all in all you spent £1.10 on 5 signed books that is truly a bargain very well done 🙂
