No 45..Bit of help needed please.

I picked this one up in Blackburn yesterday for £1.49. Hardbacked 2nd edition print from 2008 (First edition was  2005). Titled "The Fooball Hall Of Fame" The official guide to the greatest footballing legends of all time.

Graph is dedicated to "Mark"...When I first saw the sig I thought is was Alan Brazil Ex Ipswich, Spurs, Man Utd and Scotland player but not 100% convinced...........Any help or confirmation would be appreciated. Thank you.
