Had a conversation with Daz this evening..still no internet connection for him after 3 weeks of the TalkTalk engineers trying to solve the problem and still no nearer to sorting it out,

He did ask me to Thank Suzanne for the card he received and Nigel for the shirt he sent up over the Christmas holiday, Very generous of you he said....as and when he gets sorted he'll be back with 3 replys to post. I did wish him all the best on behalf of all the regulars (all 12 of us) as and when I heat from him again I'll let you know.

Thanks for the update. Hope Daz gets his connection sorted soon. Sounds look TalkTalk owe him for this. That is appalling loss of service in this day and age.

Hopefully Daz will be back soon.I started transferring to Talk Talk a few years back,but like Daz I had no internet after a month and eventually told them what they could do with their contract.Would not consider them again.

had the same problems with talk talk a few years bath took them 3 month to get me back up and running 😞 be good to have him back soon hopefully

These big company's can be a joke at times, 3 weeks without the net and I would go mad, hopefully this will be sorted for Daz soon

Thanks for the update, Alex. That really is a poor service from Talk Talk. I'm so glad I didn't go over to them. Hopefully we'll hear from Daz in the very near future.

Thanks for that Alex I hope Daz is back with us soon . I don't want to tempt fate but I've been with Talk Talk for years and I've had no problems with them .

hi folks,still  not online yet:-) some muppet has gone through a cable locally,while they were doing roadworks,all I am getting is text messages,with apparent updates,latest is that I could be on line by 7.oo on the 9th, however this is 10th,,, such update,so not much faith in it,  so all  I can do is wait and hope,just hope its soon,as am getting withdrawal symptoms:-)glancing through the replies ,it looks like I will be busy catching up on replies when i do get back:-) have to go now,as am using my mates pc,who lives next door but one 🙂

still no internet folks.its driving me crackers.have a bt engineer,coming on wednesday,dont think its my equipment though,as ive checked and replaced everything,had another panto reply from a 3 degrees girl also  will be back on as soon as this mess gets sorted,,,daz
